Those that have passed either our sample test or resume screening are divided into Expert-Advanced-Intermediate depending on their results. We match workers with projects that fit their skill level.
You may receive two types of feedback on your work: from your QM and from the clients. QM feedback will be provided on a regular basis, whereas client feedback will be provided right after the complete project has been submitted. Feedback is provided individually.

Translation is the initial translation, whereas the proofreader inspects and further edits the initial translation. The proofreading position is offered to translators who have shown outstanding translation skills and meticulousness.
You may check the currently recruiting positions/languages below. If there is no vacancy for the position/language pair you have applied for, you will be put on a wait list.
If a vacancy occurs for the position/language pair you have been waiting on, the VM will contact you.
We do not notify applicants of their non-selection. Please understand that due to the large number of applicants, it is difficult to contact everyone individually.
Regardless of whether you are accepted or not, there is no fee for taking the test.
You may reapply three months after your last application date.
We do not provide individual feedback for non-selected applicants.
If you are accepted, you will be notified of the freelancer level(Intermediate-Advanced-Expert) you have been categorized as.
After you submit your test, we will complete our review within one to two weeks and have a VM contact you.
You must submit your test within seven days of receiving the test via e-mail.
You cannot take the test right after application. We will send you the test within three days of receiving your application.
In case you wish to apply for multiple positions, do not submit a new form but simply check all the categories you are applying for on your application. (Every position has its own test, thus must take a different test for each one.)
